The short version: LeaseForge's document generators run in your browser, and we do not collect the information you enter.
1. Information we do not collect
Every document on LeaseForge — leases, eviction notices, NDAs, bills of sale, powers of attorney, and the move-out checklist — is generated inside your own browser using JavaScript. The names, addresses, rents, deposits, and any other details you type are used only on the page to build your PDF or checklist. They are never sent to our servers, never stored in a database, and never transmitted to any third party. We literally have no copy of what you enter, so there is nothing for us to sell or share.
2. Cookies and similar technologies
This website uses a minimal set of technologies. The document generators themselves do not require cookies to function. We may use privacy-friendly, aggregated analytics (only if enabled) that cannot identify you as an individual. Advertising, if enabled in the future, is served by third-party vendors, including Google AdSense, using cookies to select and display ads.
3. Third-party vendors and Google AdSense
We work with third-party advertising vendors, including Google, to serve ads on LeaseForge. These vendors may use cookies to serve ads based on a user's prior visits to this or other websites. Google's use of advertising cookies enables it and its partners to serve ads to you based on your visits to this site and elsewhere on the web.
4. The DoubleClick cookie
Google, as a third-party vendor, uses the DoubleClick cookie to enable interest-based advertising and to measure ad performance.
