About LeaseForge
Free, fill-in-the-blank legal document templates that run entirely in your browser.
LeaseForge exists because good document templates are usually locked behind a paywall or bundled with upsells and forced account creation. We built a simpler alternative: open a generator, fill in the blanks, and download a clean PDF — with no upload, no account, and no tracking of what you type.
Every document is generated on your own device. The names, addresses, and amounts you enter never leave the page, so there is nothing for us to collect, transmit, or sell. This matters most for sensitive paperwork like leases, NDAs, and powers of attorney, where the details are nobody's business but yours.
The generators fold in a short, plain-language summary of your state's deposit, return-deadline, and disclosure rules, drawn from public statutes and kept as a general reference. The summaries help you start from the right baseline, but they are not a substitute for a licensed attorney when a situation is contested or high-value.
LeaseForge is a template service, not a law firm. We do not give legal advice, and we are not a party to any document you create. Our goal is narrow and practical: make a decent starting template free and private, so the paperwork does not get in the way of the rental or transaction itself.
What we do and do not do
- We do: provide free, browser-only generators for common documents and a plain-language state reference.
- We do not: upload your entries, create accounts, or store your information on any server.
- We are not: a law firm, and nothing here is legal advice.
Not legal advice. LeaseForge provides fill-in-the-blank templates for general informational use. For anything contested or high-value, consult a licensed attorney in your state.
